Bank ABC retained INC Group in December 2016 to provide a turnkey design and build services for our new offices in Burj Daman building, DIFC, Level 12 (3,584 Sq.ft). This was a complex project with a tight timeline to completion and within a specific budget. INC Group offered professional support and regular updates, to ensure a timely fit-out and completion. All areas of design, materials and furniture, approvals and snagging were performed as per the remit given. As a result, we were able to move into our new premises on time. In conclusion, INC Group offered excellent service and we would have no hesitation to refer their work and professionalism to prospective clients.
We partnered with INC Group for the fit out of new office. From initial stages of the project right through to completion. The design and delivery team were superb. Annabelle in particular was very patient with changes and adapted her design according to our requirements. Grant went over and beyond his duty to move us in swiftly and with minimal hassle.
Our refurbishment was completed earlier than planned with a minimum of disruption and we were particularly pleased with the level of on- site control within a high profile building which minimised disruption to our neighbours. The site staff were excellent to liaise with and were able to de-snag any remaining items very quickly indeed. A job very well done and we would not hesitate to use them again.
Given the nature of this project and the heavy involvement of Nissan Global, INC Group managed all major stakeholders involved within the design, approvals and delivery stages very well. This is what was expected from one of the premium fit out contractors in the UAE, and they didn’t disappoint.
