Kicking Off in Style
The year began with exciting promotions at top-line management across all three regions, setting the tone for a year of leadership and achievement. We celebrated milestones such as our first anniversary at the Dubai Hills office and INC Africa’s third anniversary. Our UAE team claimed the Fit-Out Basketball League title after two years of determination, and the Saudi end-of-year desert party created unforgettable memories for our team. Aleo’s 10th anniversary with INC was another proud moment, showcasing the dedication of our team members.

- Speaking Engagements: Darren and Nermeen shared their expertise at INDEX Saudi and the Design Middle East Saudi Summit, respectively. Preveena excelled on the BSH panel in partnership with Love That Design, while Saveta represented us at the World Financial Forum.

This year, we deepened our commitment to sustainability:
- Partnered with The Carbon Reserve to mitigate our carbon footprint after completing our 2023 carbon calculation with AESG.
