With FitnGlam being the primary client, Sofiya Carlton, the project manager at INC UAE, completed the project in just 20 weeks of construction, while Annabelle Cleary, INC UAE’s lead designer on the project designed the space in just 4 weeks after the project was taken on. What began with the scope of building the facility quickly shifted into fully designing the space, where Cleary was tasked with working on an existing design and incorporating how the brand matured into offering a high-end service to members. Throughout the last 4 weeks of fit-out, the design team took on the challenge of designing a space that strikes a balance between budget, beauty and tech innovation.
